Established in Mordialloc Victoria, Waratah Bakery provided portion control biscuits for the food service industry and gift box biscuits to the retail & hamper industry. In July 2006 Waratah relocated to its new manufacturing facility 360km northwest of Melbourne to the rural township of Donald, Victoria.

With 40 years experience in the baking industry head baker Gavin Grey prides himself on making products of high quality and consistency. Gavin quotes “Our aim is to provide quality consistent products to our customers. When you try our biscuits you can taste the quality ingredients we use. We have pride in what we make and take no shortcuts.”
